Full Job Management, From Start to Finish

After login, you will land on your Job Dashboard, where all active and completed projects are sorted by most recent. Each job includes:

  • Client name and contact info
  • Property address
  • Job number and claim details
  • Job status, assigned technician, and start date

You can update job information anytime by selecting the pencil icon – ideal for ongoing projects and real-time team collaboration.

Intuitive Room Sketching Tools

You can create room layouts in two ways:

1. Auto-Sketch by Measurements

  • Add the room name and optional description.
  • Input room dimensions (length and width).
  • Automatically generate a clean, proportional sketch.
  • Tap anywhere on the layout to place moisture reading points (walls, ceilings, floors) and equipment (dehumidifiers, air scrubbers).

2. Manual Sketch with Drag-and-Drop

  • Click and drag to draw rooms with diagonal lines, corners, or offsets.
  • Perfect for irregular shapes and non-standard layouts
  • Use undo/clear functions to adjust lines or start fresh.
  • Add readings and equipment the same way – just click on the sketch.

Each room can be edited later by selecting the pencil icon.

Streamlined Moisture Reading Input

Use the Readings tab to manage all daily data.

  • Add single or multiple readings with timestamps.
  • Input specific room conditions: moisture levels, temperature, and relative humidity.
  • Track readings against their sketch points for visual accuracy.
  • Include equipment used for that day’s drying cycle.
  • Edit, delete, or bulk-manage entries easily.

Each entry is stored securely and can be reviewed or updated anytime.

Auto-Generated Moisture Reports

Once your data is entered, head to the Reports tab to create a fully compiled, insurance-ready document.
Each report includes:

  • Client and property details
  • Complete list of moisture readings
  • Temperature and humidity logs
  • Equipment tracking
  • Visual room sketches
  • Moisture graphs and drying progress indicators
